What we offer

Our Treatments

A curated range of recovery modalities, each available individually or combined as part of a tailored session.

01

Sports & Deep Tissue Massage

Targeted manual therapy addressing muscle tension, tightness and soreness accumulated through training. Suited to athletes across all disciplines and anyone with physically demanding routines.

Techniques may include deep tissue work, myofascial release, and sports-specific assessment depending on your presentation and goals.

02

Infrared Sauna

A private infrared sauna session using radiant heat to warm the body from within. A popular recovery tool used by athletes alongside other modalities.

Sessions are conducted in a private cabin at your chosen temperature. Towels and water provided.

03

Red Light Therapy

Non-invasive red and near-infrared light wavelength exposure applied to the body. Widely adopted by athletes and wellness practitioners as part of structured recovery.

Sessions are conducted in a private setting. Treatment duration and distance from the panel will be guided by your practitioner.

04

Dry Needling

Fine filiform needles applied to specific trigger points within muscle tissue to address tension and support range of motion restoration.

Dry needling is performed by a qualified practitioner. A brief intake assessment is conducted before your first session.

05

Cupping

A suction-based soft tissue technique applied to decompress underlying muscle and fascial layers. Commonly used in conjunction with massage.

Temporary marks on the skin are normal and typically resolve within a few days. Your practitioner will discuss expectations prior to treatment.

06

IASTM / Scraping

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation using specially designed tools to address fascial restrictions and areas of adherence within soft tissue.

IASTM can be used in isolation or alongside other manual therapy techniques within the same session.
